 Why should tunnels and bridges be constructed with BFRP Rebar?

The application of Basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) reinforcement

 specific weight relative to steel.

Lastly, BFRP Rebar should be used in tunnel construction because it is less expensive than steel and requires less maintenance.
